Our retreats are held approximately once or twice a year. You may make a deposit at any time, provided there is an upcoming retreat and you meet all the requirements listed below.
Additional Considerations
• The Philippines has a hot and humid climate, but February time is generally cooler (27°C average)
• Flight tickets to the Philippines are usually expensive from Western countries.
• Catering will be non-vegetarian, but there will be vegetarian options.
• There will be several hours of meditation practice each day. You are encouraged to prepare yourself in advance by cultivating the ability to enter deep states of concentration.
