"Pagmata" means to wake up... not just from sleep at the start of the day, but from the long sleep most of us live inside without knowing it — the sleep of the ordinary mind, where life passes and we never quite arrive.
This course is a slow, careful walking of the inner path. We will sit together each week on Zoom. We will pray. We will meditate. We will study the teachings from the Masters of Gnosis in plain language, and put it into practice in the small moments of daily life — the jeepney ride, the kitchen, the family table.
You do not need to leave your faith at the door. The Santo Niño can stay on your altar. Mama Mary still walks beside you. This work begins where your devotion already lives, and quietly takes you deeper
