We must engage in the conscious exploration of the impressions of our life and understand how they impact our Internal World—which either keeps us spiritually asleep or helps us to "nourish" ourselves and experience the expansion of our awareness. Moreover, once we become aware of the reality of impressions, we must learn how to "digest" them, thereby helping us to transform our lives from within and, at the same time, helping us to develop inner equilibrium, space, clarity, serenity, centeredness, etc. If you really comprehend this teaching in your own experience, you will realize how profound it is!
