What Is Gnosis?
Gnosis is not a religion; it is the spiritual root knowledge of all religions. Gnosis means gaining direct experience of Reality; this goes far beyond mere beliefs, theories, or intellectual understanding. Gnosis awakens us to the eternal wisdom in our hearts, which is connected directly to divinity. The Gnostic teachings respect all sacred faiths and religions, recognizing their true essence. These studies clearly acknowledge that most traditions today have diverged from their original teachings. An authentic understanding of these traditions still exists if we know how to look without the Ego.
